How I answer simple questions

Hello, my name is Elizabeth Jackson and I have worked with customer service for four years. I worked my first 3 years as a host at Los Caporales in Columbia Falls. I have worked a year waiting tables, and I love meeting new people. I enjoy hearing their life stories and what advice they can pass on to me. I especially enjoy the traveling stories. I can understand all you may have wanted was a simple answer to my customer service, but there is much more then being nice. We have to understand that we each have our own story, and sometimes we want someone to listen to our life adventures. Good customer service is about being honest and kind to one another. We need to treat our customers as friends and not just another dollar in the pocket.

 In my current job waiting tables at Los Caporales, you have to run around the restaurant. Either you need to carry away ten plates away, or run to get someone a coke.

 Sometimes at Los Caporales I had to stay until midnight because of Heritage Days. When I wait tables sometimes I close the restaurant at nine or ten at night. If the restaurant is still busy and I was scheduled to nine, I'll stay later because that's what being a team mate is. Also I'd worked holidays before at Los Caporales.
